Chef Bruce Riezenman empowers his audience through an interactive Food & Wine Pairing seminar to know how and when to trust their own instincts, when to reach a consensus, and the value of understanding the “full picture” before making critical decisions. Appropriate for groups up to 250, 45 minutes - 1 hour in duration. The simplified seminar [1 taste] can be taught in 20-30 minutes.

Brief Description of Seminar:

• Introduction and overview of the basics of Food & Wine Pairing
• 4 wines served: tasting and discussion of wines, origin, flavors and tastes
• 2 deconstructed dishes specifically paired with the wines offered.  (large portions, enough to compensate for reception or 1st course). Each is a guided tasting and will take approximately 15-20 minutes, during which the guests learn a unique and very approachable method of food and wine pairing.
• Motivational segment: utilizing the excitement of their recent successes and understanding of the principles of Food & Wine Pairing, Bruce draws analogies between the pairing exercises and management skills, giving the attendees a new appreciation for their own abilities, the opinions of others and the value of proper research and knowledge.
